What is your Return Policy / Guarantee?
The typical house cat is considered a wild/domestic animal. We cannot guarantee the performance of our customers pets. If your cat continues not to use the wheel after 90 days, we will allow a return. You are responsible for paying postage back to us + 15% re-stocking charge.

Will my cat actually use your wheels?
All cats have the ability to use our wheels. Although not all cats will initially and voluntarily start running the second you take the wheel out of the box. Just like people, cats have different personalities and different things that motivate them. Typically a cat that likes to get into trouble or one that is very curious and rambunctious will voluntarily start using our wheels while some cats need to know that the wheel is something that brings a reward after use. And still, some cats just need plain good old-fashioned training. 

How do I train my cat? 
A laser light seems to the most effective for most cats. Point the light on the running track.  Do not allow the wheel to spin freely until your cat warms up to the toy.

You can use your cat's favorite toy to motivate him/her.

Try adding cat nip to the wheel.

What is your warranty?
One year limited warranty. The bearing system is the only moving part on our wheels, and they last for years. However, if for some rare reason the bearings should malfunction, we would replace the whole neck piece. As for the rest of the wheel, it is made of high strength steel and industrial plastic components. So any damages would be considered misuse and not be covered in our warranty.

What if our wheel arrives cracked or damaged due to the shipping carrier?
Please provide us with your name, phone number, e-mail address, shipping address and proof of purchase and you will qualify for a repair or new wheel.
